Fairbanks Lady Grizzlies!

This past weekend we had the opportunity and pleasure to photograph the Fairbanks Lady Grizzlies for their new and upcoming calendar. What an awesome (and long!) day. The studio seemed to get really small with 15 or so women, bags and bags full of clothes, hair and makeup artists and one guy with a camera (me!). All the ladies were fantastic to photograph and the camera loved them. Of course, with everything happening so fast I didn’t get to spend much time with any one person but my experience with everyone was great.

I want to thank Ricky and Teresa Bertz and the Fairbanks Grizzlies for trusting me with such a responsibility. Most of all I want to thank the Fairbanks Lady Grizzlies for all their time, hard work and patience. I look forward to working with all of you again! 

It’s hard to call these my favorites since we took so many amazing photos. We’ll call these my ‘initial’ favorites. Also, there was a bit of a ‘Pin up” theme to these. For now, enjoy the portraits and I look forward to any comments you may have :)

    The pleasure was all ours working with you Sunday! Any other man would have jumped ship having 15 women take over an entire floor of your house, not to mention a bathroom and an additional room for makeup, AND have suitcases of clothes and shoes EVERYWHERE! Everyone was comfortable, excited and having alot of fun, and I think it has alot to do with the atmosphere you have worked hard to create in your studio. I look forward to making this an annual event, and plan on telling everyone where to go for amazing photography. Again, thank you, a million times over.
